Updates and optional packages are available for the term of your update support. You receive the credentials together with your licence.
Trouble downloading
Does the download break off, will the file not open, or is a package missing that you are entitled to? Write to us – we will send you the file another way if need be.
Questions about packages or versions
The files require a licence and are meant solely for use within the terms of your licence. If you are unsure which package belongs to your licence or which version is the right one, just ask us.
